Special chassis and cabins for drill rigs
We are pleased to announce the production of various types of drilling shelter ("Tepljak") for the exploration tools. The production department of the company has experience in the design and installation of such well-known drilling rigs as Atlas Copco, Boart Longyear, Fordia, Cortech.
Assemble drilling rigs in the shelter on a sledge; tractor TT-4, TLT-5ALM; on the chassis of the Urals; Kamaz.
All shelters are made on the technology installation sandwich panels on a hard and durable steel frame of profile pipes. Sandwich panels are constructed (from the outside – to inside):
- Galvanized sheet powder coating thickness of 1 mm;
- Thermal insulation of 50 mm (polystyrene foam, silicate cotton);
- Plywood 10 mm
- 0.5 mm clad metal or plastic panel for vans 1 mm (Germany)
